too expensive for so little space!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
This apartment building did have nice facilities but had a ridiculous price range. Each year they would bump up rent $150 - $200! Parking was horrible... alowing only one resident per unit to park on site, the others having to find street parking way down the street... I would not recommend this to any college student who is surviving on a "typical" college student wage!
