One of the few apartment complexes that offer studio sized aparatments. The rent is on the high side. A studio here runs about as much as a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment elsewhere. Large complex, with pool jacuzzi and weight room. There are two old maintenance guys who live on site (both guys are really cool). Security gate. Gated underground parking.

Previous leasing office manager was an idiot. Had several problems with her math (and her refusals to admit that she was wrong). Had to contact the management company HQ to get resolved. There's a new manager now...seems like a pretty decent guy.
