OK Location, Parking Terrible

This complex is OK if you are a student with one vehicle and not many guests. Unfortunatly, if you have more than one vehicle, other cars will have to park on the street. I spent many many evenings crossing busy Clark Ave. after work just to get into the building. I had to find parking in the neighborhood closeby.
Being in my late 20's, I found the noise some of the tenants would make unreasonable. People running up and down the cooridors at 3 a.m. screaming and laughing. This happened on several occasions.
Getting into the building is a sinch, so the security system is a joke. Most doors are always ajar, etc., so people can come and go. As for safety, on a scale of 1-10, I felt about 6 was the safety level. Not bad, but not always that good. And it wasn't the people in the surrounding areas that worried me. It was the tenants. One guy's jet ski, which was on a trailer, was actually stolen out of the parking garage over Memorial Day weekend.
Finally, the staff here was always so so with me. When I moved out, I cleaned the place top to bottom. It looked better than when I moved in. I took photos and everything to document how clean it was. They still charged me a cleaning fee. Seems as though they tack this on to anyone who doesn't pay to use the apartment management's 'approved' cleaning service.
