OK if your a party all-night loud college student, but don't move here if your a professional and over 30, it's like living in a college dorm. Many other noises, if you live on the Brooks college side the Pancho restaurant parking lot gets noisey.
I've been here a little too long, and I'm going somewhere quieter, more up-scale with closer parking. Poorly insulated buiding.

This makes no sense...if you were such a "professional" then why can't you afford to buy a house? Also, shouldn't you know that if YOU ARE a "professional," it is "you're" and not "your"? I have never had any issues here.

Wow, you're obviously a college student because plenty of professionals live in apartment complexes. I didn't write the review, but I appreciate the fact that they put it up. This coming from a professional who chooses to rent instead of buy in an overpriced real estate market.

Yes, it would probably be wise NOT to select an apartment complex in close proximity to two colleges. One would only deduce that it would be populated with college students! BUT, your review was fair enough.
