I've been living in PVA for almost a year now, i'm actually getting ready to sign another lease with the management office because i really like this place. In the beginning when i first read up on some of the reviews i was skeptical, however, after being there and experiancing everything first hand, some of the reviews are absolutely ridiculous. The manager and the associates are absolutely wonderful! I have never had a problem with them and they are always willing to help. My water heater broke down, i called Cathy (the manager) and not only was she apologizing cuz she couldn't get someone there immediately (it was afterhours) but she promised she'll have maintenance at my place bright and early the following morning, sure enough maintanance was at my place 9am the followign morning fixing my problem. Secondly, the complex is generally quiet, i've met all my neighbors (I just have that neighborly attitude), people are always friendly, we always say hi, good evening etc when we pass each other in the halls. Granted some weekends you'll have the occasional loud music, laughing, talking, but for heavens sake people...others have a life, just cuz you don't, don't hate on others for being social and being a bit loud on the WEEKENDS. Third, its close to everything, downtown long beach is about 15 minute drive, the beach is about a 20 bike ride, supermarkets and in n out are super close. its a great location and for the price, you can't beat that. I would definately recommend this place to others.
