I have been living here about 9 months now - at first it was great - the office staff was the best - maintaince was there next day if anything happen - and always nice and friendly - and yes SOME of the people here are courteous - most of the people say hello - but now the office staff has changed and there is no monitoring on who moves in near who - I have neighbors that are on their balcony on a Tuesday till 4:30 am - yes on a weekend you want to party that's fine but during the week till 4 AM even on the weekend there is no need to keep everyone else up till that hour - the new management does not take care of the problems - they TALK to them but the following week on a Thursday they are back out there screaming, laughing, and when asked to keep quiet or go back inside I was cursed at - still the office does nothing but they are nice about it - the new person moved in above me stomps around like they are coming through the roof - but what should you expect from young college kids - this is no place for people who work for a living or want to start a family - fortunately everything is super close - 2 supermarkets with in walking distance and lots of restaurants and the beach is minutes away - when the lease is up I have to see if the party animals are on a short lease or if its time for me to move on - asking for some courtesy after hours is not to much to ask for during the week and no I am not a grumpy old man - I am in my early 30's but I know how to respect my neighbors

I am looking to move to Long Beach in the next 6 months and like your review. How about calling the cops on these people? That's what I do here in NY, but maybe that causes more trouble?

Long Beach is a great place to move to and maybe I just got placed on the wrong side of the complex ?????? I have called the cops but don??????t know if they showed up ?????? also I think after numerous letters and complaints from my self and others most of the people have calmed down ?????? and I think the chilly weather keeps them off the balcony and inside more ?????? hopefully it stays quiet and I will renew my lease
