Moved in last year in the summer 2008. Experienced 6 very bad months living here so far.

To summarize everything, avoid this place at all costs. Filthy roach and termite infested buildings. Crime and constant break-ins to cars in garage. Poorly trained, rude office staff and equally bad property manager (Donna Gaiter). Constant loud road noise from Clark and PCH sides.

- Upon first entering the apartment there were multiple roaches (live and dead) in the open in during daytime hours. Took 3 visits from the pest control people to get the roach problem under control.
- Constantly shutting water off at the apartment to deal with their antiquated piping problems
- Turning on the bathroom fan blows in termites from the ceiling
- Every 3-6 months, without fail there is a new wave of break-ins to the cars in the parking lot and surrounding area.
- Everything in the apartment is electric powered. Water heater, stove, heating. Jacks up the electric utility bill.
- Neighbor had leaks in the ceiling during rain. Required cleaners and pumps to fix the water damage.

May will be one year that I lived there ?????? I have not had the pleasure of the roaches or termites ?????? but my bathroom fan doesn??????t work after 2 repairs ?????? my truck was broken into and $1500 worth of personal items are not covered under my insc or Pac Views ?????? I guess I am lucky I have not been flooded or had problems with the road noise but with had plenty of luck with tenants making loud noises, parties all night long, or screaming at someone till 4 in the morning ?????? I am looking for another place to live now ?????? Glad I am not the only one unhappy

We have lived here for almost 2 years and are looking very forward to moving out. It is horrible here. We haven't had a problem with bugs but we have had numerous problems with the plumbing. Our bathroom sink became a drain for the apartment above ours causing our bathroom to become flooded. Also our ceiling leaked when our neighbors upstairs used their kitchen sink and we still have a hole in the ceiling that they have not repaired. The office staff is not helpful at all and is the main source of our frustrations with this place. Noisy neighbors, bad plumbing, and a horrible office staff. Take our advice and do NOT move in here

Agree with all of you. Lived here only since march of 2009 and we can't wait to move out! unfortunately we still have a while since it's impossible to get out of the lease one of us was even laid off and they wouldn't let us cancel the lease because the laid off reason wasn't enough. the staff of the office is ridiculous we've had termite problems and they still havent done anything to fix it. HATE this place!

You people are lame, what are the odds of all three people who got evicted team up and write a mean comment. Its pretty sad to see that notice for lockout to be posted to your door. I hope your future landlords call the office first.
