So-so for Students

Nice LARGE complex with on-site laundry. Good for privacy, as no one really interacts with each other.
Noise level depends on where you live. Some older folks keep it quiet, a lot of the Brooks students are loud at all hours regardless.
Lease says it allows dogs, but it doesnt. 2 cats allowed. The management is really friendly, but not always on task.
If you live on the Clark Ave side, the door com to let people in doesnt work, and despite MANY reports to management, they won't fix it.
Parking sucks if you have more than one vehicle. One assigned parking space, but there isnt anywhere to park a second car and there is virtually no parking for guests. They have to go across the street deep into the surrounding neighborhood to park.
Nice airy layout in the one bedroom, but I'm very doubtful they actually clean the carpets like they say they do before move-in.
Its a nice and easy place to live, but a one bedroom runs more than most here in Long Beach, so if you aren't splitting it with someone, it can be ridiculous.
