The integrity of the building is not high.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2000
 
I hate to use the word "ghetto" but that
is the best description of the neighborhood,
and the mentality of those that live there is ghetto-ish, even though they are not
--------American.

Whenever it rains, the roofs of all buildings leak, despite the fact they just put a new roof on this past spring.
