I first heard about Paradise Gardens on the internet and rented an apartment without having seen it as I was transferred to the area and needed to find a place rather quickly. I applied for an apartment right online and had quick responses from the staff there. I was approved quickly and moved into a 1 bedroom shortly thereafter. Frankly, I was surprised how great the staff was to me. They were well prepared when I moved in and dropped by a few days after my move to see if everything was O.K. with my move and to see if they could help with anything. I had a few small maintenance issues after the first month and they took care of them the day I told them about it. I always see the staff assisting residents with any issues they may have and the summer I spent there was terrific. The pool was well maintained and the residents were friendly and helpful to me being new to the area. My move out was addressed promptly and I received a fair portion of my deposit back. Overall, I was quite pleased with the complex.
