I rented an apartment at Paradise Gardens Apartments sight unseen over the internet. The application was promptly approved and the rental staff very helpful in assisting with my move in. I found the complex to be well maintained and offers lots of features including large pool, jacuzzi, saunas, tennis courts, basketball court, gym, & even meeting rooms for parties, organizations, etc. The apartment was in excellent condition and the few minor maintenance issues I had were promptly handled. The staff was very pleasant and eager to please.
