If you are considering living here..... consider living else where. There is NOOO security. There is no assigned underground parking. I had my car broken into and radio stolen out of. I've had my new Mitsubishi Galant keyed the first night I parked it underground. The owner and manager only cares about getting paid... I've only been living here for only 9 months and now my rent is going up. ONLY 9 months. The owner and manager do not care about the tenants living here. The fitness room has unfunctional equipment. This fitness room has not been updated since 1996. The manager resently set the swimming pool hour to the front office hours; from 9:30am to 5:30pm.
If you deside to move here and you get a one bedroom unit. Later on don't ask for a two bedroom unit.... they won't allow it. I know, I just got married in May of this year.
BETTER HAVE GOOD CREDIT WHEN YOU MOVE IN.. if not you will have to pay $800 for a deposit along with the first months rent before you set a foot in your apartment. When I moved in Dec. 04 I had to pay $1600. $800 Dep. and $775 first month. Now in the month of October 05 rent will be $850.


LIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION!!!!!!!!
