If a friend needed an apartment, I would recommend this place. However, there are some things you should be warned about.

One good thing is it's quiet- I never hear screaming children or loud music, and I don't hear my neighbors through the walls. It's a great place to study if you're a student.

Parking is never a problem IF you don't have any roommates. You are given ONE parking sticker for the underground parking, so if you had more than 1 car you would be screwed, although I heard that you can get 2 stickers if you have a 2 bedroom apartment.

The underground parking is dimly lit, but there are always spots available and I get home at 1AM in the middle of the week sometimes. There was ONE time when I couldn't find a parking spot, so I parked in a creative non-spot in the garage, and all I got was a warning note on my car.

The pool/spa closes at 9PM which is too early.

The laundry room is never a problem if you don't go during peak times like Sunday evening. Go during the week and you will have the whole thing to yourself. They keep the machines clean and working which is much more than I can say about other places.

The biggest complaint I have is the water. It gets shut off 1 to 4 times a month. Usually they leave a note on everyone's door warning us that they're going to shut it off, but sometimes it gets shut off without warning. I don't even know what kind of problem they're having with it or if they're just trying to renovate the pipes or what.

I wouldn't walk around outside at night by myself, but I feel safe inside the complex.
