I moved into PGA in 2006. I no longer live there. However, I have VERY mixed feelings about PGA. The grounds, parking, and desk service is supurb.
First, maintenance has entered my apartment several times without proper notification. And, it was a non-emergency! Secondly, upon moving, they chumped up numerous repairs trying to absorb the bulk of my security deposit. I only live d there for 5 month before my government transfer to the East coast. I hardly unpacked boxes, not furniture (everything was in storage back east, no kids. And, they tried very hard to keep my deposit. Finally, I had threaten PGA with civil action to get the majority of my deposit. They decided to concede because I had my proverbial "ducks-in-a-row" PGA kept $105.00 out of $1,470 deposit! Based on my experience with PGA, keep all paperwork/documents and take photos upon moving out. It saved me!

I don't understand how you can rate this place so well in Office Staff and Maintenance/Construction when obviously they tryed so hard to keep/take your money but it does not sound like a place to be recommended to anyone.
