The manager, Cindy, is a racist bad person. Don't want to curse on the net. But I'm getting kick out for nothing. Before I even knew I was leaving, my next door neighbor told me that I was getting kicked out. Cindy should not be telling people why I'm leaving. My cousin does the same thing that Cindy does, and my cousin said that it s illegal. So, to paradise garden apartments. Get ready for a large law suit. When I call the main number, they said that it was the manager decision of who stay and who leaves. Every time I try to go see the scary manager, she never comes out of her office or comes to the phone. I'm glad I m leaving. There are all kinds of people there who should not be there, and there kicking me out''' Paradise Garden was bad, and then became good, now it s going back to the trash because of the manager. Good luck to everyone that continues to stay there.

I'm sure there is more to this story than what this person says. I wonder if the next door neighbor got her kicked out? That's the only way I'd figure someone else would know. I found the apartment manager to be more than fair with people who live there. Cindy is a very reasonable, measured, and dedicated person who has measurably improved the facility. Even this person says that the facility is becoming better, especially the maintenance team and with the availability of Verizon FIOS. (Sweet!) Thanks for the good luck wish from that tenant. I hope she finds a nice place that fits her needs. BTW: Threatening a lawsuit isn't a good idea, you should just go and file it. That way they get surprised and don't have time to put together evidence. Thanks for warning them!

They probably kicked you out because your black ass has no manners . Learn to live like human beings instead of monkeys and you'll have better luck . I hated this place too , but the management isn't racist . There was an influx (that means increase, for you monkeys) in ghetto ass black folks moving in acting ... you guessed it , ghetto ! I'm glad she's getting rid of you , too bad she did it too late .
