Park Ocean Condos are not Apartments!!

Helloooo the Park Ocean Condominiums are "Condominiums." This is not an apartment complex. Nevertheless, it is a wonderful place to reside. We have pools, saunas, jacuzzi, tennis courts, and so much more in a gated/security building. We are only minutes from fine dining, California State University Long Beach, Queen Mary, Shoreline Village, bookstores, coffee shops, and so much more. It is like coming home to a resort every night!!! WOW!
