Park Ocean is in OK place to live. I'm a college student at CSULB and its close enough to walk to school and back with a shopping area walking distant too. The only thing that gets me is all the stairs you have to go down stairs to go up its just built funny and if you are handicap its really bad since of all the stairs. The secuirty is pretty good too, the only problem I have is the noise. PCH is loud, but that really can't be helped. Another thing is that some of the neighbors are way to strict on the noise level espiecally those who live in the inner complexes. Even if you're just whispering in the courtyard or in the lobby hanging out some neighbors will call security on you complainging about the "noise."
