I've lived here over a decade. These are great condos with lots of amenities. Within walking distance to Cal State,Ralph's and other places. Amenities include a good size pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, basketball,a great workout/weight room that was recently remodeled with new equipment, and outdoor barbecues.
If you live in the center or the back side of the complex you don't get any of the noise from P.C.H.
There is a good mix of longtime residents/owners and renters.
