Has its pros and cons

I have just recently moved in and here are my thoughts on the place. I live in a ground floor studio.

PROS:
-Location is great. Right next to CSULB.
-Very secure building.
-Friendly residents.
-Safe neighborhood.

CONS:
-ROACH infestation! They were in my apartment when I moved in and I'm still struggling to control the situation. I've also seen them running on doors in the common areas, on the floors of the laundry room, and in the trash cans area. I have talked to neighbors and I'm not the only one with this problem. The entire building needs to be treated for this problem but management has yet to do anything about it.
-Frequent water shut-offs for pipe repair. I woke up one day to no running water. Management did not give enough advance warning about water shut-off.
-Cheap construction. Fixtures in units are of low quality.
-Registered sex offender/molester living in building.
