Patio Gardens is a nice complex. Management is friendly. The grounds are kept up nicely. Repairs are done very well. We have our own garage to park in and there is always parking available on the street. You may have to park down the street a little way, but there is always a space somewhere. The noise level is low (except when they are doing work on the grounds) and the neighbors are friendly. It is also next to the police station, so I feel much safer there.
