all the previous review were written by the management here. they are full of bullshits. full of cockroaches, stay away.

I've lived at Patio Gardens for over 3 years and I've never seen a cockroach there. Plenty of spiders and sometime ants, but never a single cockroach. No, I'm not management. I actually have a real job. If it's so bad there, then why have you lived there from 1996-2009? That's 13 years of living with "dangerous cockroaches, and horny management".

I also have lived here since 2001 and have worked as a substitute office and maintenance personnel for years. There is no tenant or occupant in the files that moved in 1995, 1996 or 1997 that still resides here. Obviously this is a bogus review. The grounds are well manicured and cared for. Other statements made are not worth responding to. Better yet, come see for yourself. Stan Redira

This rating is an outrageous, flat out, lie. What happened? Did you tear up your apartment and let your cat poop and puke all over the carpets and then get pissed off when they kept your deposit? Are you a vindictive jerk?! I have lived in Patio Gradens since Aug 2006 and have never seen a cockroach. The apartment staff is there for any tenant 24/7 and NOT because they are horny...because they are attentive and professional. Tammy, Chaz and Karen take pride in this complex and it shows. If it was such a disgusting place to live why did you stay so long? I have a feeling it might just be your aparment that is disgusting...you might want to apologize to your next door neighbors, because they are probably sick of your filth! Patio Gardens is my home and I take offense to your disparaging comments. I will only leave here when I've saved enough to buy my own home. Thank you, Tammy, Chaz and Karen...you guys rock and have made my stay here a pleasure. EE

This is clearly a bogus review. I am looking for a place in L.B., and I noticed a similar review was posted for Blackstone Apartment on the same day.
