Horrible!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The area the complex is in is one of the worst in Long Beach. Gangsters and transients are everywhere. There was a shooting across the street, and I saw where cars were broken into. Management was not that good. Security are a bunch of wanna be cops that try to flex their little muscles. The rent is not worth the nonsense.
