I have lived at Renaissance Terrace for over 6 years. I moved in June 2002 and currently still reside here and am thinking of getting a bigger apartment in the complex. Admittedly when I moved in so many years ago it wasn't the best area. And more recently the manager was awful. She was rude and not very helpful. She has been recently fired. I have seen the apartment building make a lot of changes and it has gotten better and better. I would recommend it as a nice place to live. Management had done a very good job of cleaning this place up and recently I really have no complaints.
