In the past few months, our property mgmt changed and this apartment building is going down fast. Right now we are having a problem with roaches and the trash and filth around the common areas is ridiculous. This used to be a very nice, clean and safe place to live. Two weeks ago my vehicle was broken into. You do not want to live here. We even have to pay extra for trash and the trash is not being removed like it should.

I live here too and the problems all started when they started firing the security guards and cleaning crew and now the pest control company. I think it sucks that we pay so much money to live here and to save money they are putting all of the work on that young man that they hired a few months ago. There are only so many hours in the day to clean up the complex.I really like how quiet the complex is. The maintenance man is so polite and courteous. Some of the new tenants that have come in the last few months are a little bit louder then most of us are used to though. I guess my only real complaint is the new girl they have running the leasing office is sooooo rude. She is so nice when you are looking for an apartment but as soon as you sign the papers that all goes to hell. She doesn't even have enough courtesy to get off the phone when you walk in her office. I'm sure they will replace her soon though. Overall the property is very safe and i definately recomend it to people.

I agree. Ever since the property changed management company to Riverstone, it has gone way down hill. The complex is a mess most of the time, the garage doors don't close all the way, the "courtesy patrol" security guard is now only here 2 nights a week, allowing tenants' dogs to reside in the balconies, and most importantly, the management company is clearly so desperate to rent the units out to just about anyone as the quality of the tenants have clearly gone down during the past 10 months. I hear all night long people with loud music, singing and talking loudly, and barking dogs. The most ironic thing is that as soon as the new management took over, the first list on the agenda was to remodel and upgrade the leasing office into a luxurious palace, and then suddenly there was a $3 increase for "trash," that had never been necessary before. As for the new girl in the leasing office, she is gone temporarily for maternity leave. I agree that she is extremely rude, snobby, and did not appear qualified in any way to run this rather large complex. I suspect that she may return shortly, and continue her agenda of meaningless repairs (such as changing bathroom light fixtures), rather than concentrating on the issues that really matter to the tenants, such as security, cleanliness, screening process of new potential tenants, and general maintenance and upkeep of the property and the quality of life for the current tenants. The place is GHETTO, now poorly managed, and way too pricey for the area and type of crappy apartment you get.
