There have been three incidences within the last four weeks where armed suspects have cut through the carport while fleeing from a crime scene or the police. Arpartments get robbed and vehicles get broken into or stolen. The Management tells you that there is Security and but they don't let you know that there is no Security available during the wee hours of the morning. Also, the Security company patrols other properties.
Rent gets raised every six months and there are people using and dealing drugs on the property.
Not recommended for single women. There are also currently 4 registered sex offenders residing in the communinity. Further information is available on the Meghans Law website.
