Unfortunately, it is never quiet here. Kids and adults are up at ALL hours and are loud and obnoxious. Some of the 2nd floor apts. face an alley way that echoes badly. Of course, this is where everyone likes to hang out. Management rarely acts in a timely manner regarding complaints. The apts. are dilapidated and unkept. For the amount we pay in rent, we should be allowed to sleep at night without someone parked right under our bedroom window with music blaring and the bass turned all the way up. And for some reason, people are always too lazy to get out of thier cars to pick someone up. It doesn't matter what day of the week or what time, they have to honk loudly to get the other party's attention. Hello!! Get out of the car and knock! or better yet, call the person via your cell and tell them you are here. Geez! And we were lied to about several things before we moved in, such as "parking isn't a problem". Hah! This place reaaally sucks!
