Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I lived here from 2002-2004 and from reading the reveiws NOTHING has changed. Gangs, loud music, loitering,weed. The rent was high and we could never get anything fixed. The model that is used to lure you in looks so great and then when you move in you wonder what the %$#@ have I gotten into. I moved to the midwest and live in a beautiful community where pay only $60 more than we paid at SOUTHWOOD(we had a 2 bed 1 1/2 bath)and now I have a 3 bed room 2 1/2 bath with a garage! My neighbors are quiet, there is no loitering, no drugs etc. I am so glad to have put this place behind us! GET OUT OF HERE
