Absolutely horrible living conditions

Wow, it looks okay in the day, but it sure gets seedy at night!
My wife's car stereo was stolen, we're of the caucasian persuasion and a lot of people who aren't sure do look at us with hate. We're not discriminatory, but it's not okay to worry about your safety because of your skin color either. We don't feel safe here, the security is a joke, and the management is absolutely awful and incompetent.
If you're considering moving here, DO NOT. It's horrible.
