I absolutely with out a doubt would never ever recommend these apartments to any decent human being!! The management is a crock of bologna, most of the time if you want something fixed you might as well do it yourself because, if you wait for the so called emergency maintenance it will be weeks sometimes even months before they get around to fixing anything. Don't even get me started on the security trust me it is not 24 hour security!!! When they do patrol it's only like once or twice then they spend the rest of their time at the 711 on the corner of Candlewood and Paramount. These young punks around here too are extremely disrespectful to adults. They tried to rob my husband just the other night, but luckily some good neighbor threatened to call the police so they just turned and walked back the other way!!The majority of all the damn pizza companies won't even deliver here because, they always get robbed while in the community. Please do not move here and tell everyone you know not to move here!!

I was going to consider moving here to southwood gardens but thanks to all these reviews i have defanetely changed my mind.Im not interested in living in another crazy low income apts complex thanks ha Silvi
