This Place Stinks. It Was Just Awful. We Lived Here For Over A Year Because We Signed A Bogus Contract. You Have To Wait 72 Hours Before They Help You Out. To Make It Worse, Drug Addicts Live In The Area. One Time, Long Beach PD Started Knocking At Our Door In The Middle Of The Night Looking For Criminals.
This Community Sucks. My Car Got Hit 3 Times And The Security Officer Denied Seeing The Car Got Hit, Although He Was Parked Next To My Car.
The Rent Does Not Start At $900.00 As Advertized, They Charge $1,400.00 Minimum For Any Unit.
I Regret Living In This Place.
