Great Building

Most units are owned by tenants, but rentals are available. Great area, gorgeous historic building, very friendly folks. The only negative thing about this building is that it is situated next to the Blackstone. The Blackstone doesn't screen its applicants well and as a result has some...well, gross residents. However, the demographic of downtown Long Beach is changing, so hopefully that will change in the future as well.
