I'm not a renter, but a condo owner here. Pros: Dead quiet due to very thick walls, floors and ceilings. Very cheap for renters. Gated parking available at extra cost.
Cons: Well, it is downtown Long Beach. I feel safe walking the dog at 2 a.m. but I'm not one to assume every homeless person I see is a threat.
Sorry to hear the Bldg. Mgr. was rude. He shouldn't be. We now have assistant managers who are young and helpful.
