I live in the springdales and can't wait to move out. I park my car in the parking spot next to the trash bin, sometime I often come out to my car and find trashs and dirty damper on the ground next to my car or sometime on my car. Some people have said they heard and seen image of spirits inside there homes, which was used as the housing for the solder back in the days. I havn't seen anything yet since I been living here in the 4years, and don't want too. I suggest you try looking for something better if you want better, because this isn't the place. ps all the apartments walls are full of green mold which they just paint over them..
