I've been there for a couple years now and moved in when I was 19, so of course I had friends over often. I've never been once told to settle down our be quiet because the building is virtually quiet. I never even hear my neighbors. Parking is kind of hell for visitors, but overall you can't beat the rent price or the level of service they provide. Whenever I have a problem (if I have one), maintanence is there right away. Every month there is a drawing that allows tendants to receive $25 off the next months rent and last January I won! The building is also gated and has security cameras which makes me feel even safer since I'm working or out late at night!
