Arshole Owner Must agree with the previous post, the owner is a lying SOB who does not take care of the property. The grounds are dirty and dangerous, several people have had their cars broken into and homeless people are constantly on the apartment grounds and digging through the trash

Nowhere Near as Bad as Before I have lived at Camden Harbor View for 3 years. There were some maintenance issues and the office staff was not the most friendly from my experience. I think that the team at Harbor View has really improved over the last year or so. I think that I get better results
