Springwood is a very nice place to live. The staff has improved recently with Jess being a refreshing change, however, they do need to get focused on the residents to keep people from leaving. Specifically, they need to offer more concierge like services, and improve the offerings in the clubhouse. For example, other competiting properties have a better array of snack foods and beverages, like the Flavia Gourmet coffee machine from Associated Services. Thankfully, they are still offering competitive rents, but the recent break-ins and vandalism this year 2005 offset the savings in rent with our deductible. The maintainence staff is responsive and gets the job done.
