Over all this is a nice complex with some good ammenities. There are yoga classes offered andthey usually do some type of seasonal parties along with extra stuff @ Christmas. If you pay your rent early , you have a chance to get $100 off your total rent.
The parking is REALLY bad, and is not thought out in the least. There is no washer/dryer in the apt. units, although they have 4 in each building. They use the credit card system so you don't have to deal with loose change.
The neighbors are pretty quiet, but you can hear a lot of cars and heavy trucks off of the freeway.
It's a real pain to lug groceries around after parking FAR away and then trying to get the security doors open. WE were happy here for the first year, but now we are really ready to move away again, mainly because of the poor parking situation. Unfortunately we have 8 months to go.
Another good thing is they always have freshly baked cookies in the office for all to have.
