Wish The Rent Didn't Increase!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
It's a great place to live. Excellent location, very nice neighborhood, friendly staff, etc. Recently they had the rent increase. My rent is going up by 20%!!!!! It's forcing me to think about moving away. I suspected the rent to increase, but not by 20%.
