This was a great area to live in. The complex is nice; the hallways made it feel like a dorm room though. Didn't want to move but they increase the rent by a couple hundred dollars. I was expecting an increase; however I didn't expect it to go up that much. Christina manages the complex but doesn t seem like she has any power to do anything for her residences. The maintenance staff is alright, they do keep to themselves, doesn t look like they have much to do most of the time. They are quick to respond to an issue and usually fix it in a prompt manner. The management can be summed up with over promise, under delivered.
