Great Area, however very noisy, close to highway and City power line.

Things to look in to when you come to springwood apartment.
The location as far as noise goes is very bad, the apartment
Located beneath highway 85\280, you can not leave bed room windows open
forget the fresh air.
If you care for your health watch out for following thing dust from highway, noise from highway noise from pool the only time you can get a good sleep is when it is raining.
Noise from pool is very high because of the way pool is between two building imagine the eco from the pool. The parking lot runs under city major electric power line, management recently put health danger signs.
So If you come to see this place keep your ears and eyes open and make sure to choice the top floor, again the noise.. not much barrier between floors unless you get lucky and the person above you is very light.
