We've lived at Springwood for 3 and a half years and it's been a very pleasant experience. Maintenance has always been responsive and have fixed any problem we've had and the staff has always been very friendly. This is a great neighborhood as well. The only downfall are the washer and dryers, they are shared and there aren't enough for the whole building, it can get competitive. Our neighbors are all nice and we've never had noise problems. Overall, I think compared to many apartment buildings in the Bay Area, this is a good, affordable place to live.
