Noise and phony staff

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
It has been very noisy recently due to the construction. The staff is not that friendly and truthful and they may tell you whatever they need to in order for you to sign the contract. The position of the apt is very important so watch out.
Safety is another concern. There have been warnings about car safety.
