I have lived at many places before, but I have to say that Springwood has been my absolute favorite. You can't deny that this apartment complex has the best location ever. I can walk to trader joe's and lucky's and I love how close Curves is. We have 280 and 85/101 so close by...and downtown Los Altos is just 5 minutes driving distance. The staff is great! Wendy is an absolute delight and every single time I walk into that office, she greets me with a smile and makes me feel special. I have two cats and there are not many apartment complexes around here that allow you to have pets without paying pet rent every month. My only concern is the construction that has been going on to fix the patios. It sometimes gets a bit noisy. The manager, Christina, is very sweet and understanding, but I do understand how she could be short-tempered sometimes with all this construction going around. To me, personally, though, she has never been anything but friendly and helpful. The gated garage is a great feature and really makes me feel better when I come home at night unaccompanied. I love my neighbors and have no complaints about them. Everyone has been very courteous and you can see that only quality people live here.
