I am an old tent I was with them for 5 years I am an former tenent at Springwood Apartments. I lived there for 5 years. I moved so I bought a house. I still go and visit them. I have to say they have excellent staff, very organized and friendly. They are very nice and take care of business.

Theft, noise, and rent increases. - I have had things stolen here several times and my neighbors situation is the same. Locked bicycles from the garage, my speakers from the storage room, a laptop stolen from my car, basically if it can be seen it will get stolen quickly here

Noise and phony staff It has been very noisy recently due to the construction. The staff is not that friendly and truthful and they may tell you whatever they need to in order for you to sign the contract. The position of the apt is very important so watch out.

Generally Agree I´ve lived here for four years and it is very quiet and the views are so-so. Not a good place for kids, despite the pool. They have done some upgrades but the place is some 25 yrs old. I have had my rent reduced twice, w/o asking. The staff are OK but you may have to nag them
