Its all true in the previous reprts and more.
Termites, roaches, lots of tree rats at night, no where to walk your dog, poop and feces all around the building, so watch your step.
Manager always answers the phone out of breath, like shes so busy she cannot respond to your needs for twelve months.Its all an act.
I m still waiting for a new toilet seat that I requested 6 months ago.
No water pressure, lots of noise.
Please do yourself a favor and do not rent from c and s !

I agree with all of these reviews. There was little water pressure and the water was constantly being turned off for plumbing "issues".The management does not pick up any trash or debris around the buildings so it looks literally trashy most of the time, especially because of Palms Middles School Children throwing trash every weekday. Its really noisy, so if you are at home in the day, forget about quiet. |
