I just moved from there, even though I am paying more rent, I am so glad to be gone!
The manager will not respond to anything that is not an emergency, you have to keep calling her.
She aways has an excuse about everything not being done. She hides out in her apartment , looking at her cameras, that were installed when she became manager.I think she has a sickness called / VOYEURISM/.
If the comapny had a real manager, maybe they would pick up the trash and doggie poop around the building. Also she has ti hire illegal aliens to clean the laundry room, ie...sweep the floor, and dust the machines, empty the trash, it would take her away from her beloved cameras too long.
Her boyfriend, the Hells Angels reject, that is about 20 years younger than her, is also an asset to the building.(sarcasm)
If I were a potential renter, please back away from this place.
Its real heel hole, with traffic, car theft, vandalism, and all for a over inflated rent price!!
