The owner of 10900 Palms blvd, David Kornblum , is an unethical property owner.
He hands out ' ledgers' to tenants, with charges for such things as registration fees from the city for up to 5 yaers ago. This is not Kosher, nor is it allowed by the LAHD.(Which BTW CANDS Enterprises pays no attention to the laws of the LAHD, unless they are reported.
When I recently moved out, my unit was in MINT condition, I always paid rent on time, and was under the assumption that I owed the owner nothing, however, I was sent a Ledger stating that I owed 122.00 for back rent registration fees, and a late charge, I have the bank check, and the problem was that the management comapny must have lost the check, but THEY ARE CHARGING ME!
As you may well know a bank check is as good as cash.
Thsi is what you deal with if you rent ANY apt from these people.

I wish I knew who some of you are; Kornblum is lower than scum and obviously the biggest crook in real estate. I mean there is nothing this scum will not stoop to. I am a tenant in one of his other properties and reading those reviews (10920 Palms Blvd) it looks like this creep has been breaking every housing law written. I will be seeing him in court as well, very soon and my hope is that every single tenant, past and present will realize how they have been scammed and stolen from. A class action, investigation by the attorney generals office and some very loud publicity is sorely overdue. This slime ball needs to be brought to justice and exposed badly. I don't think anyone knows just how harmful he is and how much harm he was done to people. He victimizes tenants and it looks like there is nothing he won't stoop to.
