If you are a UCLA student looking for an apartment, this is the place to go. The price is good since it is south of Wilshire, but the apartments are huge! There are 5 of us in one apartment and we only pay $2600 which is better than most places around Westwood. The apartments are very clean and have a lot of space. There are only two problems with this building:

1) The manager is never around so good luck getting repairs done. However, if you are lucky enough to get ahold of the manager, he usually responds really quickly and gets things fixed.

2) This place is not good when it comes to deliveries. I've lost so many packages and the other residents in this building WILL steal and open your packages! If there is a box left by the mail area, it will be opened by strangers or even stolen. The call box doesn't work and the manager is never there to let delivery men into the building. So if you get a lot of packages, you need to have them shipped to another address.
