New LandLord Even Worse

The previous landlord My Jhon Lieu sold the propert to M Steve Fenig who is even worse than My Jhon. He never bothered to get things fixed for atleast a month and you would not believe but he deducted 1600$ from our security(can you believe that) for the floor which was bad when we took the apartment and as the landlord was changed and he did not know about and we were peanilized for their mistake. He could be the rudest guy you could ever find. If you want to stay away from a hard time and wanna live peacefully and study in USC with peace of mind, i would never recommend you to get this place. There has been no tenant whom he hasent tried to rob.
Be careful.
