After last year of living in student housing my roommate and I decided to move out and find a new place. After looking for many weeks at many apt that were absolutely gross and priced way to high for what they were offering, we came across this place. We rented the apt when the new owners were renovating. They did a wonderful job with all the apartments. They allowed us to look a few times at the old apt before renovations and during and then the final product. Very impressed with the transformations. Many apartments have all new appliances. And the apt that I saw with carpet was extremely clean and did not smell, unlike most of the places you see around here. All the apartments have new paint, really nice colors. My apt has pergo and tile in the kitchen and a brand new bathroom. Everything works great and even when we had a minor problem it was taken care of right away. We have never waited more then a few hours for something to be fixed. They even have come in and fixed stuff we did not tell them about. Both Steve and Robin the new owners, are extremely nice and easy to rent from. Not only do I feel protected while living here but also the landlords give you a sense of comfort so you know they are not taking you for a ride. I think the previous review must have been form a tenant that ruined the apt if his security deposit was used, because its only natural for a land lord to take necessary funds from a tenant if the rented apt is damaged. Before we even moved into the apt, Steve went through my apt with my roommate and me and looked at every detail to see if there was damage to anything and if we saw anything it was written down.

I could go on and on about how happy I am living here, but I think you get the picture. It is a great place to stay. The landlords are great and always smile when you see them. The rent is extremely reasonable. If I wasn't moving back to NY I would def renew my lease here
